The length of our agreement is for the specified term on your signed contract. The terms of this agreement begin upon you signing this agreement. Once the terms of the agreement have been met, you will continue to be charged monthly. After the terms of your agreement have been met you may cancel your account by calling or emailing your Customer Success Specialist with your request five (5) business days prior to your next bill date. To fully process the cancellation, it is required that you connect via phone call with your Customer Success Specialist to verify account and sign the cancellation agreement. Any balances must be paid in full prior to account closure.
You certify that you authorize Ignite Marketing LLC to charge your account via check, automated credit card, debit, or automatic ACH withdrawal. Invoices or statements 30 days or more past due may result in restriction or cancellation of any product or service.
Any misuse or abuse of Ignite Marketing’s software will result in immediate account termination. Fraudulent activity or misconduct of any type of Ignite Marketing’s software, tools, or platform is subject to immediate account termination.
